Trevor Donovan, born and raised in Pittsford, NY, graduated from Pittsford Mendon HS in 2001 and went to college in Tennessee where he studied exercise physiology and competed collegiately in track & field. He attended graduate school at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA where he was accepted into the doctoral program for Biomechanics.

Nevertheless, instead of pursuing a life in academia, Trevor chose to return home to Rochester, NY in 2007 to pursue another passion of his … home remodeling. Trevor had learned the carpentry trade while growing up helping his uncle with projects that spanned from building a small piece of furniture to an ornate gazebo.

Upon returning to Rochester, Trevor began helping his father, realtor Brian Donovan, who was busy renovating distressed properties with a vision that emphasized quality and custom detail. From his father, Trevor learned the elements required to make a project a success, the pit falls to avoid, and what renovations can make a project profitable. Soon after, Trevor began to buy, renovate, and sell homes for himself.

Through these projects Trevor developed the foundation for what has become Nuvo Homes Inc. - a company specializing in high-end finishes using a resourceful approach that will create an updated look for your kitchen that will shine for years to come.

Trevor is happily married to his wife Aubrey, who is a Webster native and private art teacher & art therapist. They have three children - Aurora, Willow, and Wesley.
